Are software licenses included?
No—Microsoft 365, phone systems and other subscriptions are billed separately at actual cost. Our monthly fee covers management and support only.
How much does it cost?
Our Small Team package starts at $999/month (up to 8 users) and Growing Business starts at $1,499/month (9-25 users). Pricing is based on your actual team size and service scope. We provide a custom proposal after a discovery call.
What if we have more users?
We scale pricing based on your actual team size. Each tier is roughly $120-125 per user per month. If you exceed 25 users or have complex requirements, we provide a custom Enterprise quote.
Can you work with our existing stack?
Yes—we integrate with your existing tools and providers. We focus on M365, networking, security and device management, and liaison with other vendors as needed.
How do you handle security?
All packages include baseline security hardening, device security monitoring, identity controls (MFA/SSO), firewall oversight and backup/DR planning. We follow zero-trust principles.
What support do you offer?
You get direct access to our team—not a support queue. Remote support is unlimited for routine issues. Critical incidents are escalated and handled immediately. We also provide quarterly business reviews to ensure your IT strategy aligns with your goals.
Is there a contract?
We typically propose 12-month agreements. This allows us to plan implementations and deliver long-term value. We're confident you'll see results in the first month.
